Job Scopes

  • Analyze and translate building and planning regulations into clear, unambiguous user stories aligned with Agile methodologies.
  • Design rule logic and validation algorithms for automated BIM model checks, defining precise acceptance criteria with measurable pass/fail outcomes.
  • Liaise with regulatory consultants, architects, and software developers to facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and UAT sessions for compliance-related features.
  • Collaborate with software developers to define data schemas and model element requirements while maintaining living documentation that maps regulatory requirements to technical implementation.
  • Serve as the technical expert for all BIM-related software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, Rhino.Inside.Revit) and workflows, providing hands-on guidance and support to project teams.
  • Support the development team by troubleshooting complex BIM issues, proposing solutions, and addressing project-specific technical challenges as they arise.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Dynamo, and Grasshopper.
  • Basic working knowledge of Python or C#.
  • Familiarity with IFC schemas and understanding of regulatory frameworks (BCA, URA, SCDF).
  • Experience in user requirements gathering, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and working with Agile methodologies.
  • Background in QA/testing methodologies for software or BIM tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, including:
  • PowerPoint: Professional reporting and presentation development
  • Excel: Pivot tables, charting, formulas
  • Word: Structured documentation and meeting minutes
